Issue for Audio/Video play back from Skype for Business or BlueJeans from Web browsers

When you are using Skye for Business or BlueJeans for Audio/Video meeting, we would like to suggest to use USB headset for better performance. Sometimes software couldn’t detect proper play back device if you have multiple Audio/Video devices connected to your computer. Then you would have issue to hear from other or other end couldn’t hear from you. You can manually change from the settings depend on where the speaker or microphone connect to or you wish to play from. Follow are the settings that you can check.
