. Within Outlook, from the File menu click on Account
Settings.
2. From the Account Settings window, with Microsoft
Exchange Server highlighted, click on Change.
3. From the Change E-mail Account window, click on
More Settings button.
4. From the Microsoft Exchange window, select the Advanced
tab and click on the Add button.
5. From the Add Mailbox window enter the username of the mailbox you want to add and click on OK.
6. From the Server Setting dialog box, click on Next.
Lastly, click on Finish.
7. The new additional mailbox should be listed under your main account.
